Amaha nears Rs 100 crore round to expand mental health network
Bengaluru-based Amaha is set to close a Rs 100 crore round to add hospitals and clinics across India, with Rs 10 crore in debt.

Bengaluru-based Amaha is preparing to complete a Rs 100 crore funding round to widen its hospital and clinic network across India. The round includes Rs 10 crore of debt from Alteria Capital. Existing backers Lightbox Ventures and Fireside Ventures are participating, alongside Rainmatter, Sandbox International Holdings and several family offices. The money is meant for new hospitals, clinics and clinical teams.
Amaha currently runs two hospitals with around 30 beds in Bengaluru and nine centres across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru. One report says the company aims to add about 1,000 beds through roughly 30 hospitals and 60 clinics over five years. Valuation is disputed: one outlet expects Rs 340 crore to Rs 350 crore after the round, while another says it has not been disclosed. Some outlets describe the round as closed, others as pending.
